T.Y. Lin International (TYLI) is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead all areas of Human Resources for the company. The hired candidate is expected to influence and contribute to TYLI’s leadership team in order to implement HR strategic initiatives that increase organizational effectiveness, build a consistent company culture, and promote success at the company. This position reports directly to the President/CEO.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years progressive experience in the field of Human Resources directly related to the comprehensive duties of the position, including 6 years in a management role. SHRM certification highly desired. Must have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in all areas of HR, including but not limited to Employee Relations, Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation, and Policy Administration. Prior experience working in a professional services firm required, A/E/C firm is desired.
