The Business Development manager will play a critical role in shaping, building, and growing TYLI’s consulting engineering services in the NYC/NJ market, which consists primarily of New York City including downstate regions of NYSDOT, and State of NJ. Key responsibilities include assisting Business Develop Director on all business development activities of the business development plan. Business Development plan include the development and successful implementation of client-based strategic marketing / business development plans for the NYC/NJ market, resulting in the consistent achievement of targeted sales goals. The position requires the technical, managerial and administrative oversight of business development, marketing, and proposal teams, as required to win targeted projects.
Requires a degree in Business Administration or other education with minimum 15 years’ experience in business development with a proven track record of winning work and developing client relationships in the New York City Market. Excellent verbal and written and presentation skills are a must.
