  • Overview

    As part of our Corporate Finance team and reporting to the local Project Accountant, the Project Accounting Assistant (Biller) will support all billing related responsibilities for projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Add/update projects in Deltek Vision utilizing final Project setup modification forms (PSUMF).
    • Prepare invoice packages for approval by Project Manager, containing draft and final invoices for all billable projects assigned, including all applicable backup, as requested per contract.
    • Prepare all sub-consultant invoices for coding and approval.
    • Maintain Project billing files and supporting documents associate with Billing.
    • Perform labor adjustments and billing transfers as required per instruction from PA or PM.
    • Provide payment status to PA for Accounts Receivable aging as needed.
    • Provide billing information to PA for WIP report. Support PA in the preparation of WIP reports for monthly submission to management.
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree in Accounting and/or minimum of 3 years of related experience in project cost accounting.
    • Experience in Architecture/Engineering consulting industry highly desired.
    • Advanced Excel skills desired.
    • Deltek Vision software knowledge is a plus.
