TYLin – Philippine Branch was founded in Manila in 2021. The branch office is working on a high-profile and one of the biggest infrastructure projects of the Philippine Government. The Philippine Branch office envisions itself to become a major industry player by promoting its services to various sectors.

Our Philippine’s office is seeking a Roads & Highways Engineer.

• Interpret urban/environmental design and develop road plans consisting of alignment, horizontal and vertical profiles, sections, and structures support.
• Develop interchange layout and generate options and transform final product to decision matrices consistent with industry standards.
• Develop intersection design and options in accordance with the parameters as dictated by the traffic engineers.
• Develop high-level cost estimates and construction program.
• Check design in compliance with local (Department of Public Works) and international (AASTHO).
• Perform quality checks on production drawings.
• Write report and attend meetings as warranted.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Post-Graduate degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Extensive knowledge in Civil3D, InRoads, CAD, and Microsoft Applications
