The Northern CA Rail + Transit Sector Manager is responsible for expanding a sustainable practice consisting of planning and design for urban rail, passenger rail and bus transit infrastructure and facilities. This includes providing leadership, business development and strategic marketing, client relationship management, project delivery, and recruitment and retention of key staff. The successful individual may function in a senior project management / seller-doer capacity initially and transition to more of a pure leadership, business development and client relationship role as the practice matures. The successful candidate will be very familiar with the Northern California markets, be an aggressive self-starter with well-established contacts, and have demonstrated success in a relevant client development enterprise. We are looking for an exceptionally strong leader to take the existing practice to the next level.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range for this position. $189,700 - $284,500 annually.
