This position will require expert knowledge of rail and transit projects, including significant experience with CA High Speed Rail, and successful experience delivering large Rail +Transit projects. . The Civil Engineer position requires technical expertise in roadway and highway design. The engineering duties are comprehensive, which include design or design support, developing contract plans, specifications and construction cost estimates.
